1. Eligibility and request window

You may request a return of an eligible physical product within 3 days after delivery, as shown by courier tracking. The item must be unused and unworn, in its original condition, with the packaging, tags, seals, and accessories that were supplied with it. It must not have been altered, resized, repaired, or damaged after delivery.

Where a product is described as containing natural stone or another natural material, modest differences in colour, pattern, inclusions, texture, or appearance may occur. A difference caused only by natural variation, lighting, photography, or screen settings is not normally a defect.

2. How to request a return

Email care@astrokamya.com with your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request. For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, include clear photographs and, if available, an unboxing video. Do not send an item back until return instructions have been provided.

If a return is approved, AstroKamya will provide pickup or self-shipping instructions. Reverse pickup depends on courier serviceability. Where self-shipping is required for a customer-choice return, use a trackable service and retain the receipt.

3. Items that are not normally returnable

Items personalised or made to a customer-approved specification after work has begun, where this restriction was disclosed before purchase.
Gift cards, downloaded digital goods, or digital services already supplied, except where a refund is required by law.
Items with a broken hygiene or tamper seal where return would create a health or hygiene risk.
Items marked final sale only where applicable law permits that restriction and it was clearly disclosed before purchase.

A non-returnable label does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for goods that are damaged, defective, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from their description.

4. Inspection and refunds

Returned items are inspected after receipt. If a refund is approved, AstroKamya will normally initiate it to the original payment method within 2 business days. The bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If an order was paid by cash on delivery, we may request bank details through a secure support channel to complete the refund.

For an accepted customer-choice return, the original shipping charge and return-shipping cost may be deducted or remain non-refundable if this was disclosed and permitted by law. For a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied by AstroKamya, reasonable return shipping will not be charged and the available remedy will be provided without an avoidable deduction.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please report visible transit damage, a defect, or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery so that courier evidence can be preserved. A later report will still be considered where required by applicable law. Keep the item and all packaging while the issue is reviewed.

After verification, AstroKamya will offer an appropriate remedy, which may be replacement, repair where suitable, or refund, subject to stock availability and applicable consumer law.

6. Order cancellation

To request cancellation, email us as soon as possible and before dispatch. If cancellation is still operationally possible, any amount collected will be returned to the original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched, the return rules above apply.

7. No outcome-based refund

Spiritual, astrological, numerological, or traditional associations are subjective. No specific spiritual, personal, health, relationship, career, or financial outcome is promised, and dissatisfaction with a subjective outcome alone does not make an otherwise conforming physical product defective.
