1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of AstroKamya's website, store, applications, content, products, and services. By using a service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies presented at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service or place an order.

2. Eligibility and account information

You must be legally capable of entering a contract, or use the service with the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian. You must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Product information and availability

Product specifications, contents, size, materials, availability, and any included documentation are only those stated on the relevant product page or confirmed in writing at the time of order. Images are illustrative, and the appearance of an item may differ slightly because of lighting, screen settings, or natural variation where the listing identifies a natural material.

Products may be corrected, updated, limited, or discontinued. If AstroKamya cannot fulfil a paid order, we will notify you and refund the amount collected for the unavailable item.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Store prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless checkout states otherwise. The final price, applicable taxes, shipping charge, discount, and total payable are shown at checkout. AstroKamya does not make a blanket promise in these Terms about a particular tax rate or product classification; the transaction invoice and checkout record apply.

Checkout is powered by Shopify. The payment methods actually available for an order are the methods displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery may be offered only for eligible orders and serviceable locations, subject to any terms clearly shown before the order is submitted. These Terms do not impose a separate COD advance.

5. Orders and cancellation

An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. AstroKamya may reject or cancel an order for unavailability, an obvious pricing or system error, suspected fraud, duplicate ordering, an unserviceable address, or inability to verify required details. If we cancel after collecting payment, the collected amount will be refunded.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting care@astrokamya.com. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfilment begins or dispatch occurs. Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

6. Shipping

The store currently serves eligible addresses in India. Availability, shipping charges, and serviceability are confirmed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or events outside reasonable control. The Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms.

7. Spiritual and informational content

Astrology, numerology, crystal traditions, and related spiritual content are interpretive and are provided for general information, reflection, cultural, spiritual, or entertainment purposes. They are not scientifically guaranteed facts, professional advice, or promises of an outcome. Products are spiritual or lifestyle accessories and are not medicines or medical devices.

Do not use AstroKamya content as a substitute for qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Decisions and actions remain your responsibility.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use the services unlawfully; interfere with security or operation; attempt unauthorised access; introduce harmful code; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent orders; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or publish unlawful, abusive, or deliberately misleading content.

9. Intellectual property and submitted content

Unless stated otherwise, AstroKamya or its licensors own the store's software, branding, designs, and original content. You may use them only for personal, lawful use connected with the services. If you submit a review, image, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to do so and grant AstroKamya a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for operating and promoting the services, subject to applicable privacy law.

10. Communications and third-party services

AstroKamya may send transactional messages about orders, accounts, payments, delivery, and security. Marketing messages are sent subject to applicable consent and may be unsubscribed from using the method provided. Shopify, payment providers, logistics providers, and other third parties may process parts of a transaction under their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, AstroKamya is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or for a failure caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Disputes may be brought before a court or consumer forum having jurisdiction under applicable law. We may update these Terms prospectively when our services, practices, or legal duties change; the updated date will be shown above.
